Position Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain financial data, ensuring records are current and error-free
- Support daily office operations and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Organize and maintain files and documentation for easy access and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and overall office efficiency
Oualifiications
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles required
- Working knowledge of office procedures and general business practices
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Bilingual (required)
- Front desk or receptionist experience is a plus
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with computer systems and accounting-related software
